Sarah is very thorough and thoughtful. This was my first prenatal massage and I booked another one with her on my way out! She had the belly booster which allowed me to lay on my belly for the first time in a while. The atmosphere was peaceful and calm and she was very flexible with my schedule.

This time she used Ashiatsu massage (massage with her feet) as well as hot stones. I was pleasantly surprised at how effective and relaxing it felt, I highly recommend trying if you have not.

Sarah's 2 hour custom massage is the best! It was my first time experiencing an ashiatsu massage and I couldn't have been happier. The pressure was perfect and the combination of massage and stretching was amazing. Sarah was also super cool and very friendly. I came from MD to visit my daughter at UK. I came to Sarah wanting to get a lymphatic massage, I am 7 days post op from rhinoplasty and a face lift and swelling and bruising was pretty bad. Instantly when she greeted me she made me feel so welcomed, it’s such a comforting atmosphere. She is literally the sweetest, most empathetic Human. I get massages all the time, but I’ve never experience anything like this and this good! She added some things to my massage because she thought they would help me, for free! She made sure I was comfortable and got consent before doing everything. The pressure was perfect, I felt so relaxed! My swelling looks 1000 times better. My pain was better instantly too. She offers soooo many treatments and different things to fit your specific needs! I’m so excited I went and I definitely will be back every few weeks! Thanks sarah!!
