Welcome to Living Water Spa. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Living Water Spa provides custom massage and spa services. All services are provided by licensed professionals in accordance with Kentucky state regulations (License #158560).
Services are for relaxation and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care. Clients should consult a physician for medical concerns.
Appointments are recommended and subject to availability.
We request that clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in shortened session times without a reduction in price.
Living Water Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time for inappropriate behavior or safety concerns.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Repeated missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon.
Accepted forms of payment may include cash, credit/debit cards, or other approved payment methods.
Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or other health concerns prior to receiving services.
Living Water Spa is not responsible for complications resulting from undisclosed conditions.
To maintain a safe and respectful environment:
Any inappropriate, sexual, or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of the session.
Full payment will still be required if a session is terminated due to inappropriate conduct.
Living Water Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables with you at all times.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service.
Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.
Living Water Spa shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from services provided, except where required by law. By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with massage and spa treatments.
